We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders.
Where does Mlouye ship to?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via DHL or UPS.
When will my order ship?
We want you to have your new Mlouye as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, you can check the country list on our shipping page. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
What's your return policy?
Your satisfaction is great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to support@mlouye.com within 14 days of delivery, our team will assist you. For more information on our returns policy please visit our returns page.
Pre-Order FAQS
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date is specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. No additional postage charged will be incurred.
Customs fees FAQS
We are unable to account for any additional customs/shipping fee's incurred after we ship the package from our facility, as customs fees will vary and differ from place to place. We charge the required amount during the checkout process but are unable to request the additional charges as those are in place through your countries customs, specifically.

What about my subscription?
Coffee subscription members will continue to receive free standard shipping on all recurring subscription orders with the option to upgrade to priority shipping at an added cost if they wish! All non-recurring orders under $50 will not include free shipping.
Why are you making these changes?
We've been listening to customer feedback and want to provide the best shipping options possible with emphasis on subscriber orders—so you never run out of coffee.
What if my order doesn't arrive in the estimated window?
The estimates quoted above are directly from the mail carriers themselves and packages may arrive 1-2 days before or after the stated date. As always, if a shipment seems like it has been lost in transit, or any other issues arise, we're always happy to help!
Shipping rates & Carriers
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. We currently offer free shipping for any customer who has signed up for a subscription or account on our site and shipping exclusively within the United States. Free shipping does utilize the lowest rates available and can take up to 10 business days to arrive. For any order placed without an account or subscription, there is a $5.00 shipping fee.
If you are looking to get your order a little sooner, we do offer a $5.00 shipping option that utilizes USPS Priority and DHL Expedite, depending on the shipping zone in which you are located.
*Orders that are shipping outside of the United States are charged intuitively, based on the overall weight of the package, and the exact shipping address.
*International orders are subject to include additional processing and handling fees depending on Customs within your country.

CARRIERS:
The most common carrier used when ordering with us will be The United States Postal Service, DHL (zones vary), and The UPS, taking less than 10 business days for domestic orders, and between 2-4 weeks for international orders. For any expedited shipping requests, we work with UPS.
To keep shipping rates down, we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

Tracking/Where is my package?
As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have several details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.
The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but you should find that the tracking link itself has more information to give.

We typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email. This time is estimated and is subject to change during the holiday season (November-January).

Holidays shipping schedule
All shipments are typically shipped using DHL ground, unless a paid shipping option is selected; where it will instead ship with USPS or DHL expedited ($5 shipping option) or with UPS or FedEx (expedited shipping option).
DHL and the USPS follow a strict holiday schedule which will affect some shipping times if the holiday falls on a Friday or a Monday.
For example; If an order is placed after 12 PM. EST on a Friday and the USPS observes the holiday on that following Monday, your order won't ship until the next business day.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges FAQ
Your satisfaction is great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply send a return request to support@mlouye.com.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. For the 2021 holiday season, items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 15, 2022. Simply contact support@mlouye.com to start a return, our team will assist you.

Returning Condition
The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.
Sale Items
Item/s marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Mlouye takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Mlouye.
Complimentary Return Shipping Label
If you'd like to get store credit in exchange for your return, we provide a complimentary return shipping label. Store credit is valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue and is non-refundable.
Processing time for returns
Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
Exchanges FAQS
Try from the comfort of your home. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. Exchanges are free. Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges of US$30 per item.
How do I return an item/receive a refund?
Sip happens - we get it!
If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Death Wish Coffee order, we will gladly issue you a refund fast as part of our *No BS guarantee. Let us know within 30 days of purchase from our website (retail and Amazon excluded) for a full refund.
For any merchandise or apparel returns, simply send our team an email with your order details and a short description on why you'd like to return the item and we'll have a paid shipping label created for you.
Once the return has arrived to our fulfillment center, we'll then submit your refund in full and send you a notification confirming your refund.
We are always looking for ways to improve!
I purchased on a authorized retailer and I’d like to return it.

How do I exchange an item/order?

International ordering
While we aren’t currently established with any distributors or retailers globally, we do ship internationally direct from our company @ deathwishcoffee.com with international shipping rates ranging, depending on the total weight of your package as well as the exact location it's being delivered to.
Each shipping rate is cost intuitive and will depend on the exact items you choose and also, the location in which it’s being delivered to. All international shipments will take an expected delivery time of 2-4 weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at support@mlouye.com to see if a modification can be made.
Changing your order/Reporting an issue with your order
Since the turnaround times on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

How do I order a gift for someone?
Do you love someone? Do you like them enough to consider giving them the gift of caffeine? There's something about Death Wish Coffee that makes for the perfect gift for that special someone you love to see bright eyed and bushy tailed, or maybe for the certain someone who incessantly complains about being tired.
Here are some things to keep in mind when creating a gift order to be sent to them directly:
When placing an order for someone else, be sure to enter your email address in the email address field of Customer Information. This way, you'll receive all order information and tracking details.
Make sure you enter the recipient's name and shipping address in the appropriate fields, and change the billing address to yours.

Shoe size FAQS
Why does the same size fit differently in different styles?
Feet are individual! Our shoes are developed to fit as consistently as possible, but the styling, construction or materials may affect the fit. For example, a shoe made from patent leather may feel tighter than the same style made from soft leather. However, leather is a natural material and may stretch over time to adapt the shape of your foot.
Not the right size after all?
No worries, returns are free and you will receive a refund. Check out our return policy for more details.
What do I do if I'm halfway between sizes?
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, we suggest you select the larger size.
I have slim feet. What should I do?
If you have slim feet and/or a low instep/arch you may benefit from using an insock or inner sole to help reduce the volume inside the shoe.
